ONLY ME is Rich's fifth studio album, drawing inspiration from his personal journies between 2022 and 2024. The 14 track release delves into themes of uncertainty, relationships, and mental health.

Reflecting on the creative process Rich said: "I wrote the album during a period of reflection and re-setting after the breakdown of a long-term relationship and moving back in with my parents."

He described feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of navigating his mid-20s, a time filled with uncertainty and social expectations and pressures.

Rich hopes that 'Only Me' will resonate with listeners, offering reassurance to those feeling lost and encouraging them to take a step back.

"The overall message is that young people should not put too much pressure on themselves."

The lead single, 'Love Yourself', emphasises the importance of self-love during challenging times, while Rich's favourite track, 'Set Apart', explores the impact of friendship on self-esteem.
